It’s not that Will Creek is a bad city, it’s just had bad happenings. Like that one time when a field trip bus went out to the old farm and never came back from the field trip. My sister was on that bus. Her name was Ellie Ritchen. Mother and I haven’t heard back from her since the power went out on that brisk March night. My dad chaperoned that field trip. He came back, but he’s all cracked and always says and does strange things. He’s still in the m3ntal hospit@l. Or that other time when the whole Emmet family dr0wn3d in the lake last summer and nobody found any bodies. Okay, fine, I’ll stop scaring you now. More about me? Alright. As you know, I’m Fauna Sky Ritchen. I live in the little townhouse on the corner of 11th street, and my Mother owns the flower shop down the street, All in Bloom Flower Arrangements. I go to Will Creek Middle School, just like every other 13-14 year old in Will Creek. Y’know, it’s not just our city with history. Our school has a h0rrifying history too. Before it was a school, it was the Will Creek jail, so many folks say it’s haunted by the gh0sts of its pris0ners. I’m not one to believe in rumors, but I gotta say, I feel like it’s haunted. Once it gets in your head, it’s there, and you can’t get it out. Like an old piece of bubblegum stuck to the bottom of your shoe. Like the alley on 10th street.
