Those traction elevators with the Gen2 voice are OTIS Elevonic 411s. They've got series 4 luxury and all 4 of them have different motors. You're on elevator #2. Click the buttons to control the elevator you're on. And like the many others, use it like a real elevator. There's 4 together, and the other 3 are ambient with the 3rd elevator visible.
