Use W, A, S, and D to move. Use the mouse to aim. Use 1 to equip the assault rifle, and when you have it equipped, click to shoot. Use 2 to equip the shotgun. Click to fire it off as well. Use Q to access building. The blue wall/line marks where a wall will go, click to place a wall on it. Use F to equip the pickaxe. Use it to break trees and walls for wood, which is needed to build. Walk onto medkits and shield potions to use them. No extra time required to do so!
