Click/Tap on a ship to select it. It will outline in white when it is selected. Use the appropriate buttons on the bottom left to determine movement or attack direction. I could make a 3 paragraph explanation but I'd prefer not to so I'm not, figure it out from the directions I gave or trial and error.
