Archivist's Log: While the PCRT entity can appear at any time frame, it seems to be most common on July 13th. Before we found the origin of PCRT, this was a mystery as to why this happens. Also, it appears that this entity has some sentience, as it directly interacts with the player, or, at the very least, can see your mouse. We at the SEA are working hard to figure out who this "Phillip" individual is. He might be a rogue hacker or an obscure Scratch Team member
