You are Homura, the purple one. Click the attack button to deal damage to Walpurgis. Click Time to stop time and attack Walpurgis 3 times. This will deplete your Soul Gem points by one. If your Health or Soul Gem reach 0, you will die. Deplete all of Walpurgis' health, and you will win. There is a separate ending for whether or not you die.
