Mini tutorial at the start, some controls are mentioned in-game, others are here: Left and right arrows to move around. Money is in the top-left corner. Buy shop items by clicking on them. (I hope that was implied) Weird thing in the top-right corner is the eraser: click on it to view the instructions for it. The higher a building block is, the more money it will produce. Building blocks that are not on the ground need an elevator next to them to produce money. Building blocks can only be placed on the ground or on top of other building blocks. Garages can only be placed on the ground. Nothing can be placed above penthouses. The income in the info pages is $/second. Guaranteed income means whether it will produce that exact amount each second: if false, it will sometimes be less or more. Buildings placed on the ground must be as far down as they can go.
