The HOH and their ENTIRE team will be safe each week. The HOH will nom two players from any other team, then the HOH + 2 NOMS + 3 Randoms (either just pick 3 or use a randomizer) will play for the veto. The winner can either discard (both noms stay on the block) or use it on a NOM (save someone) and then the HOH will name a new player (not on their own team) as the replacement nominee. Then, the House (everyone except the HOH and final 2 NOMS) will vote to evict one of the two Noms. That player goes home (unless it ties, then HOH casts the deciding vote) At the Final 11, jury starts and the team twist is intended to be over and you can just play normal big brother.
