The hours given here are UTC, because GMT changes according to daylight saving and UTC does not. Each coloured dot represents somebody who will more likely than not be online at the time, and each pale one represents someone who could well be online but can't guarantee anything. This is based on twelve responses, including my own. The first slide shows the full completed data set, the second shows the same data but minus the people who may or may not be on so you can only see people who will definitely be on more often than not, and the third is the raw data. Findings: 1. There is no such thing as a perfect time to be on, since no more than eight of the people who answered the poll will ever be on at the same time. 2. There is no such thing as a time when nobody will ever be on, although there are hours where you can't be sure than anyone besides yourself (or even you) will be on more often than not. 3. The best time slots to be online in terms of how many other people are also on is 7 am to 2 pm UTC, and 4 pm to 7 pm UTC. 4. The best hours to be online are 8 am, 11 am and 4 pm and 5 pm UTC. 5. The worst hours to be online are 2 am, 3 am, 4 am, 5 am, 6 am, 10 pm and 11 pm UTC. Music is 'Yellow Submarine' by The Beatles.
