She's a siren (All of this depends on the RP-) Her legs are replaced by a tail when she is in water. She can make people do or believe whatever she wants by singing. The more.. sing-y her voice is, the stronger. However, she can't exactly control it any further, so if it's karaoke night or something then she can't sing just any song. She gets dehydrated easily and needs both to drink water and be in it within certain amounts of time. She's not physically strong, and not used to legs, so she can be clumsy.
