Inspiration from some blur projects i saw, i wanted to make a cinematic animation blur for focus and stuffs all coded by myself, though I did check out some projects like https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/306115260/ and https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/191752033/. They were awesome and helpful to see how they did it please don't steal :)
