I won't be telling anyone if they did or not, you won't know until the game comes out. As you may or may not know, in the Ink!Sans fangame, Sans summons Sanses from different Undertale aus to attack. In Ink!Scratch, Ink!Sans will summon a different Scratcher each turn. Just fill out this form and remix for a chance to be one of the Scratchers featured in the fight! In the form, don't tell me exactly how you want the attack to go, I will decide that using the information you give me. Also, this is optional, but if you want, you can include sprites that you want me to use in your attack.
