This is a tutorial on how to create the bokeh effect if u want to add it to your drawings and stuff... hopefully it is helpful :) u can try different colours and stuff, also changing all the numbers for burr and the different blends. The effect when it changes is kina weird srry (>'-'<)
i just used firealpaca if u use fire alpaca u will know all the buttons and can find them more easily. But most of them should still exist on some other sort of app for drawing/animation stuff like that.
