The history of the Faigyc so far Okgrai was born to the Waydruoe family. Her egg had a defect that made the scaled part appear white. The royal family put Okgrai’s egg in the village hatchery. Another family laid a white egg, and left them in the village hatchery as well. A day before the eggs of that season were to hatch, the families went to collect the them. The two white eggs were mistaken, the Waydruoe family taking the citizen egg, and the citizen family taking the royal egg. The children grew up in the wrong families. Okgrai living her early years in a kind citizen couple’s home, while the other living a life of luxury and responsibilities with royalty. When they both reached teenhood, their crystals grew in. Okgrai’s crystal grew pale teal, unlike her adoptive parents, who had white crystals. They were all very confused, but Okgrai’s parents decided it was a birth defect. Meanwhile, the other child’s crystal grew in. The royal family were political as always about it, and put out a search party for a child with a pale teal crystal. When they found Okgrai, they took her from her kind adopted family and brought her to the palace, returning the other child to the citizen family. Okgrai spent her teenhood missing her adoptive family, and growing a bit spiteful of her birth parents. The other, now knowing what it is like to live in luxury vs poverty. They grew a hate for her parents and the royal family. One day, Okgrai snuck out into town undercover. The other happened to be in the same marketplace. They had been stealing just to get by. They attempted to pickpocket Okgrai, but slipped on her cloak. The cloak flew off Okgrai, exposing her crystal. When the other saw it, they screamed “you!” And attacked Okgrai. Okgrai had learned to fight in her time as a citizen, so she of course fought back. Eventually, security came. The other ran away, leaving Okgrai beat and helpless. The security escorted her back to the palace safely. One of the gaurds was particularly nice to Okgrai. ___ was her name. About a year later, Okgrai’s father, the king at the time, died of a mysterious sickness. (The other’s doing) so there was an election to decide the next ruler. Okgrai and her siblings of that litter were next in line. Okgrai was elected the next queen. Things were stressful at first, but she had the kind gaurd ____ to help her. She and Okgrai fell in love and we’re married in a beautiful wisteria tunnel. During the wedding though, the tunnel was attacked. It was set on fire, and many visitors died. The queens barely made it out with their lives. Meanwhile, the other was planning more attacks on the royal family. They had gathered a group of followers to help take down the Waydruoes.
