He was a new apprentice and, so interested in the sounds around him, he barely remembered to learn. The song of this sparrow he caught was so beautiful it was hard to bring himself to catch it. Looking outside, she wondered what was out there. The rest of the kits were allowed out but, being two legged, her parents were worried of her getting hurt, or a warrior tripping on her. She hesitated as a thought went through her head. ‘I can sneak from camp. Then they won’t know.’ Her head said. She stopped and shook her head as she hopped toward her nest. No, it was strictly forbidden to leave camp. She could get hurt.
