Non-functional, is a look at the next OS, Arctic OS. This OS won't be based off any other OS besides some of Shrub OS. Its name comes from the color "Arctic." Arctic Blue is the default color of the OS if there is no other color representing an important or bold UI element. The Background won't be this rather something else. This is just a I example and no backgrounds for this specific OS have been made yet.
