press 1 and click to place roads press 2 and click to place grass press 3 and click to place corner roads press e while touching a car to delete that car press r to rotate press v to spawn robbers press c to spawn cops sometimes cars get stuck sorry about that
everything by me cops will try their best to catch the robbers robbers will try their best to not get caught (but they are really bad at it. or maybe the cops are just really good at catching them idk)
