This is Scareye. Her scar was given to her by her father, because she accidentally tripped her sister duskheart (Duskstar), who was about to be smashed by a tree, both sisters survived, but Scareye wanted revenge and her father wanted her exiled and tried to kill Scareye his name at the time was Thornheart.
