Bullet sat on the floor, eagerly watching the Hunger Games on the television. Blair played behind him, but her voice was simply white noise. He was rooting for Okeetee to win. He wasn’t just rooting for him, no, he knew that the best player ever would win. It was only fate. Watching the screen closely, names came up— those who had died. Of course, Okeetee wouldn’t be on that list. That was a foolish thing to think. A name came up that he recognised— Rex. Wasn’t that the one Okeetee was always hanging out with? That was a real shame. Their parade was nice, and their interview was, too. But, of course, Okeetee wouldn’t let that stop him. He sat with a big smile on his face, glad that there would be less tributes to lose to Okeetee now. And then, a name came up on the screen. A name that made him frown. It changed his whole attitude. If one name could do all that, it must have been powerful. And it was, for the name that showed on the television was none other than Okeetee Thorne. Bullet didn’t cry. He couldn’t. He couldn’t do anything. He just dropped what he was holding. It was a moment of pure shock. Okeetee, dead? What? The words didn’t seem right together, because they weren’t right together. “Blair? I think they made a mistake when they were doing the death names. It says Okeetee’s on there, but I know he isn’t,” Bullet said, his voice serious. It was a dreadful malfunction. Blair simply stared at him with a grim face, and everything he had known was crashing down on him. Okeetee was gone. He /wasn’t/ the strongest? How could that possibly be? Somebody killed him, that he knew for a fact. Aslan Arrington. Okeetee’s killer. Bullet despised him already. They’re name was like royalty, like some stupid Capitol cat. He probably got some special rocket launcher to kill Okeetee, or else Aslan wouldn’t have killed him. That wasn’t fair. Whatever was going to happen next, he knew that if Aslan won, by some rare chance, Bullet was going to kill him. He was going to let that snob pay for what he had done. The next thing he knew, he was asking about training. Asking who could train him, and how good they were at training. Bullet would persist until his name was drawn. And then he would avenge Okeetee.
i don't have the motivation to do artwork, so there's none :0. aslan belongs to @-rainyskiies- okeetee belongs to @Tsu_Suki bullet belongs to me :)
