(pretty much the worst thing i've ever written) Luna opened her eyes and looked around the familiar beach setting, something twitching behind her ears. The salty smell of the ocean filled her with pleausure. She wanted to stay here forever, where everything was peaceful and she had no problems. She could be happy, collecting shells forever. But in the end she knew it wasn't real. Luna opened her eyes and sighed. She hated that dream. It was time to move on. Her and her family had just moved from a small house on the water and she missed with all of her heart. Now they lived in the city, where it rained all the time. Luna didn't quite think it could ever replace swimming in an actual body of water. Oh well. It wasn't like she had any friends back home anyway. They had either stopped hanging out with her or never existed. But there was no time to think about the past! This was now! She rushed through her clothes, scrambling to find her formal wear. Throwing it on quickly, she ran out of her bedroom, past the living room, and into the kitchen to make herself breakfast. Finishing chewing, she grabbed her backpack and sped outside with her twin brother. Maybe school would be good today.
