The monster is Mary. It looks like monster (demon) Tom from eddsworld. Story: Mary and Milo were talking. After Mary told Milo her crush was him he told her that he only saw Mary as a friend. But Mary got upset and told Milo she felt useless. Milo told her that she's not. Mary transformed to a beast.
