I have always wanted to try coding a working shadow that shrinks when a player moves upwards. After developing code that was more complicated than I first imagined, I managed to create this. (I promise that this hasn't been what I have been working on for the past few months. I made this all today) Full Screen recommended INSTRUCTIONS: Click the green flag and drag the cat around to see the shadow effects. You will notice that the shadow always appears under the cat and shrinks depending on how far away the cat is from the ground BUGS AND STUFF - Shadow will hang over the edge of a platform if one end is touching ground. Not sure how to fix this. - Dragging the cat through a wall will sort of glitch up the shadow. It will fix itself when you drag the cat out. This shouldn't be an issue for platformer projects as the player shouldn't be going through a wall anyway
and also, you can drag the light source (keep it on the top of the screen) and the blue pane
