Rotate the slider and use gravity to change the value. Use sensitivity to control how much the value changes. Left - Right arrow keys to change value by 1.
It takes at least 10 times longer to enter your phone number than typing it. I think I managed to make the most awful design in the world. Please make an even worse if you can.
