8 / 8 / 22 ₍ᐢ. ̮.ᐢ₎ 001 - to stress eaters if you feel a little stressed, you might think of eating. go ahead !! but, instead of eating junk food, eat something like watermelon, honeydew, pineapple, plums etc. those foods have natural sugars. obviously, it's better than eating chips or nutella. ₍ᐢ. ̮.ᐢ₎ 002 - veggies yuh. veggies are good for you (duh) !! eat smth like corn, carrots, onions, beets, squash, and [occasionally] sweet potatoes and yams. ₍ᐢ. ̮.ᐢ₎ 003 - fruits fruits are sweet! they have good fiber, natural sugars, and they are - well, sweet. its a great sub for candy, junk food, and artificial stuffs. ₍ᐢ. ̮.ᐢ₎ 004 - candy i occasionally eat candy, because i need balance to my diet/lifestyle. you should, too. eating candy will balance up blood sugars sometimes. ₍ᐢ. ̮.ᐢ₎ 005 - drinks don't drink monster or any energy drinks, that'll probably lead to a heart attack. instead, drink 100% organic juice, and water. those are really healthy !! <3 - stay healthy , Arleen.
