He was well liked at his school by everyone except another classmate, Lion. Lion and Tiger would fight and argue about everything, until one day Tiger wanted to finally get even with Lion. He found a bottle of some special floral perfume that could turn whoever used it into the tiger lily flower. The next day, Tiger brought the perfume to school and placed it on his desk. Lion walked in shortly and walked over to where Tiger was standing by his desk, and the two immediately started an argument about something. While arguing, Tiger slapped the desk for emphasis, causing the perfume to bounce off and hit the floor, shattering the glass bottle. The magical liquid poured out, splashing the feet of both Lion and Tiger, resulting in Tiger going from a normal, cream colored cat to what he looks like now.
