These can be claimed and turned into states by whoever claims them, turning into a Confederate or Union state.) RULES I. Please be realistic in your roleplay (No using nukes, tanks, etc.) II. Please do not roleplay simply. (Such as: WE THE WAR AND WIN) III. If you declare war on a nation who is controlled by a player, first notify them, then wait 2 hours for a response. If there is no response, you are allowed to invade. IV. Do not be toxic inside of the chat, if you have lost a war. V. You have a finite treasury, not an infinite treasury. Just ask how much is in your treasury, and I will tell you. VI. Make sure your army is proportionate for your poppulation. (Such as 75k troops for vermont, not 750k.) VII. If you enlist too many soldiers or do not acknowledge your population, you will be notified of instability. If you remain unstable, people are more likely to desert your army, and it will be harder to get troops. VIII. Have fun! (Map made by me.)
