Im very bored at home lol, tell me abt ur summer!! 001 | wake up early I actually kinda like waking up early because I feel productive for some reason- so i think waking up early actually affects my mood throughout the day a lot. It gives me time to get ready and all that :D. 002 | try eating healthy This isn’t something that will instantly help, but eating healthy makes me feel productive ( again ). Whenever i eat a salad or something I feel like its really beneficial to my body; think of eating healthy as a “ payment” for when you eat a lot of junk food or stay in bed all day! 003 | ( try ) being organized Im that type of person who wants to be organized but I only clean when I feel like it lol, but staying organized is another way to keep a healthy and happy mindset, and it helps me focus in school a lot. 004 | be kind ( friend advice ) Have you ever had a friend that you think they might hate you? I think being kind and patient is the best option, they might just be opening up to you. ( like when friends tease each other for fun ) I find being kind and patient ( even when irl I really want to call them out ) helps! Also, if you don’t want to be friends with someone but they still talk to you ( not directed at me :’D ) still be kind! If they seem genuine and nice, try opening up to them. 005 | set goals for yourself It can be any type of goal. For example, I set a goal to only eat chips on Tuesdays ( though I cheated a few times ). But when I reach my goal i feel so accomplished, and its just another way to help you get better grades and/or seem cooler to yourself! This is all the advice i have!
