So... yeah, pocket cat. Anyways, this is Evans, and he's an anthro cat dude living in some human city with his family. I'll probably post more content with this character. By the way, he's supposed to be coloured like that (white inside, black outline). It's not the same cat from any filler, old or announcment projects I've made.
