Those Who Leave… There are endless days of sadness in which tears are your only companions. You don’t know how many days have passed by or how many meals you’ve skipped. You don’t care. They’re gone. Gone in a way you can’t win them back. Taken away by Death. Every memory with them falls upon you like the rain pouring outside, with each reviving memory hurting more than the first. Every pain comes and goes, but this pain is one of a kind. You hurt, forget, then hurt again. The pain called Grief. Grief roars inside you like a forest fire, burning up all the joy and cheerfulness which you had felt before. You retreat back into yourself, then come out again. Every time you think about the One Who Left, it hurts less. Just like all Those Who Leave, that one person will be forgotten too. Forgotten, but remembered. Cherished, but grieved. Those Who Leave never truly leave, they will stay with us all through the way in our memories. Those Who Leave will rest in eternal peace, while you slowly stumble through life and join them in the end. After all, fate has destined us to be among Those Who Leave at the very end…
