This program will pick up the outside noise, and display it on-screen. Choose a noise level threshold and a noise to make if the noise reaches over that level.
Inspired by noise meters on the app store and internet. Note: the noise number shown on screen is not actual decibels, just a number. There are three different noises to choose from: a shushing sound, a buzzer, and an air raid siren.
