Move It or Lose It is a Good Health Triathlon. It is based on the topic 'HEALTHCARE & NUTRITION' It aims to teach us to choose good eating and fitness habits over bad ones. It has three levels, 1. Healthy Foods 2. Fitness 3. Healthy Habits Maintain your Stamina by making maximum good choices at each level to clear it. Each level lasts for 45 seconds. Clear all three levels to achieve victory and collect the Good Health Champion's Trophy. Hope you enjoy!
