Basically have this running in the background when playing a cloud game and it will tell you the latency between the client and the server. Yes I know it doesn't connect to the same server as the cloud game but it is close enough considering that all the servers are all hosted in the same warehouse (probably) so there wouldn't be much of a difference between the two latencies. unless the multiplayer game has a lot of player activity, which would then slow down the server. Eh, but it is close enough.
