Huge credit to PianoApprentice for basically doing half of the work for me, go ahead and play his game: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/34732242/ How to play (scroll down): Part 1: Movement In order to move, use the arrow keys. Right will move you right, left will move you left. You can also jump (which will move you upwards) with the up key. Part 2: Shielding Shielding is difficult to understand but very useful if used correctly. In order to shield, move in a direction and then click space. Depending on what direction you moved in, you will create a shield there that will follow you for a second. Hitting the enemy with the shield will kill it and make it have to respawn. Part 3: Enemy The enemy will die and respawn from hitting the shield. The enemy always spawns on the far right side of the screen. Touching it will kill you. Part 4: Time Try to survive as long as possible. Watch the "time survived" counter go up every second and try to break your previous records. As long as you don't die, the counter will keep going. Can you beat 60 seconds? Part 5: GAMING This game requires strategy. Instead of diving into the enemy, trying shielding it constantly to make sure it doesn't hit you? Maybe you can try jumping under or over it to dodge it. It's all up to you, my friend. Try to last as long as possible with any strategy. Experiment with strategies in order to last the longest!
