just sounds like a band that is just learning how to play and work together (to put it in nice words) otherwise, it's a band that is playing at a concert but has no idea wut they're doing whenever the "music" stops, that's when they make a mistake, and that's when the "audience" laughs
it's just a random idea that i just came up with, i was bored i intentionally made the music sound bad... tho i have to agree, it sounds kinda annoying when u listen to it for more than 10 seconds
