Soooo... I was on soundcloud, then I remembered that these things exist. I've been wanting to get one for the last 5 years or so, but haven't got around to doing it because they are so expensive. Well, I made one in scratch-- kinda. Of course this has probably been done many times before already, but here is my from scratch version of a MIDIFIGHTER on Scratch (pun intended!). __________________________________________ INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Press the flag 2) By default, it will play "pop" sound. Click on "See inside" blue button at the top right and follow instructions within the project notes. Or you can follow the instructions on screen. This is very easy to do! 3) Press space to hide and show tips. Please leave a comment! I would love to see suggestions, or if there is an issue/bug, let me know too.
This is designed to work with numpad. If you don't have a numpad, you will have to change each individual number into a letter pattern with 9x9 keys. For example [qwe-asd-zxc], or [tyu-ghj-bnm]. -- This is a bare-bones project. I do plan to add more color changing like the real MIDI-fighter, and possibly bank functionality. For now, there are only 9 keys to use. Yes, I know. Very tiny. But it's something at least, right? :D -- Some reference images from google were used to know what it looks like. -- I dragged and made the block code myself. Tutorials and/or other people's projects were NOT used. __________________________________________ Tilt functionality with effects is very interesting. It would take a while for me to figure out how to do that in scratch. That may come much later!! for now, stay tuned >:) My Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/shortandsimple
