When Rainpaw as not even a moon old his mother d!ed of greencough. They also lost a litttermate, to greencough his name was Sunkit. Rainpaw was a very fast learner as a warrior apprintice but was attacked ruthlessly by Shadowclan. They almost d!ed in that battle. After while they were too sick to travel their father took his sister Cloudpaw and left the clan not wanting to lose another kit. They became a med cat aprintice instead of joining the elders.
