Read if you don't think this is a meme: It's called an animation meme, which has nothing to do with the hilarious pictures with captions. By definition on google: An Animated Meme is a trend that involves a character, which can be anything from a dog to a human. Usually, they are dancing to music. Animation Memes commonly have the character doing a variety of facial expressions and poses. One can remix the meme and add their own character. I hope that clears up your understanding of this!
