thx Jaycat111 One day, I had a chance to take part in an English speech contest. In the depth of my heart, the angel and the devil argued with each other. The angel said; "Try it Morgen, you can do it. Make good use of your opportunity." The devil said; "You can't do it! You don't have any ability. Give it up!" I was so confused and almost lost my way. At that time, I listened to the song again, "Each of us holding a different seed, just be yourself, that is all you need." The song cheered me to challenge the contest. From that day, I started training for the speech. I practiced hard, day and night. Slowly, but surely, I began to build up my confidence. Finally, at the speech contest, I could get a prize. The judge said; "I guess your way of making speech has not yet matured, but I can see your effort and personality in it. Continue to make your own speeches, which have your own personality." After that, I challenged many things; studying, sports and making friends. My life is changing nicely. Of course, I continue to make speeches. So today, I'm here, standing in front of you. Can you see the flower in my speech? I give it important nutrition, namely effort. With plenty of TLC, my flower will bloom into my own personality. Think about a flower garden. It is beautiful because there are many kinds of flowers; white lilies, red roses, pink tulips, and so on. If there is only one kind of flower, the garden will be so sad. So there is no need to compare. I will grow into my own flower. People sometimes compare others because of their ability. They think if two things are different, one has to be better than another. This is not right. Everything can be different while still being good. If everyone were the same, how would you feel? It would be boring. It's important to recognize each other's unique personality. The world is very interesting because everyone is not the same. "Just be yourself, that is all you need." Thank you.
