casper: this special allay is from the wild west. he will be helping the purple star and the other heroes at some point in the stand users era. he is one of the many sheriffs who protect the wild west, but he is the most notable because he is a stand user, and his stand is called gangsta's paradise. gangsta's paradise: although casper isn't apart of a secret agency, his stand looks like he is in it. he has two blasters, similar to what real agents have, and he can teleport when casper asks him to. plus, he can sneak attack with the perfect position.
