An OTA, which stands for Offer To Adopt, is a way of giving characters to other people, in wich I make the designs (you see them in the project now) and you offer on the one you like! You can offer art or customs or premades (premade characters) and if i accept, I'll tell you what to draw/make! --RULES -Be nice. -No under offering, make sure you can do what you offer. -No guilt trips.
