The Sunshine Isles (they are near Heart Island) 3. The Dark Eye (jail, but without cells) or the Dark Pine Forest (they are two different places, but their borders touch and only evil cats live there) 4. The Flower Horn 5. The Desert Wings 6. The Artic Tail (which at the of it is The Tundra Tip, but th weather is too harsh and no one lives there) 7. The Mountain Back 8. The Forest Leg (you can see where I am going with this) 9. The Sea of Whiskers (hardyharhar...) ~Prizes~ 1st: PowerCat becomes official, I will follow him/her, and view his/her projects. 2nd: I will follow him/her and view his/her projects. 3rd: I will view his/her projects an potentially follow him/her. ~Rules~ 1., Do NOT copy anyone else!!! 2. Your PowerCat must have wings or a horn (or both! But most likely, an Ali-cat <hahaha...> will not win since they are royalty.) 3. If you do fave songs, please include the music. 4. Hobby, Power, and/or job can be the same thing if you so desire. 5. If your PowerCat is evil, he/she MUST live in the Dark Eye or the Dark Pine Forest. 6. You may change the lineart a little. 7. Delete anything labeled DELETE MEH. 8. You will be notified if there is an official PowerCat with the same name as your PowerCat. 9. Your PowerCat can be any color you want. 10. NO BLOOD!!!!! 11. (optional) Include a backstory in the description (but don't include names of other cats besides your own PowerCat's). 12. You will be disqualified if you break the rules. 13. Deadline is April 31st. 14. Say 'Pikachu' in your project description if you read the rules. ~Tips~ 1. Use something besides Scratch! 2. BIG BONUS POINTS if you add a short spoof about your character (especially if it's animated). Any extra characters in a spoof will not be used if you win, so it doesn't matter if they have the same name as an official PowerCat.
