As time passed, the flickering worsened. Eventually the lights would briefly cut out. The Engineering department reported that the entity cages began malfunctioning and that the guards should be extra cautious, should the cages power down and the facility lose power entirely. Tim didn’t like the sound of that. Being stuck in that maze of cages with rogue entities out of containment? No thanks. Tall thing would tear him up. That reminded him. Tim needed to check on it. As he arrived to the cage, though, the power cut out to the facility.
