Hobartian Leader Toby Carter, Commissioned the Development of a "Multirole Vehicle" to Hobartian Military contractor "Tempest-Paragon". the First Prototype was Completed In March. and the First Production Model was Completed the Next month. [Scientocratic Skills.] The Tank was then Put into production in May. [It Still is to this day!]. And it helped the Bloxiran allies win the War. For Specs. This Thing is Pretty Fast. 70MPH to be Specific. And the Quirk about this thing is that... Its a Two Man Band! The Cannon Reloads itself! One Controls the Movement of the Entire Tank. One Controls the Cannon. It can Also be Refitted Into a Transport Vehicle. [Feel Free to Expand apon It Tekko.]
