This is a prototype for a game that could potentially be chosen to make into a full project by the elite coding club (@christmaslightbulbs, @Paz_Vizla, @bucces, @Ender_Kidd, and me) Instructions: Use A and D to move, and W to jump Press space to use your sword Press U to throw a knife (Yes, that's what a knife looks like) Hit a knife with your sword to parry off of it. Knives will rotate faster as they go along. The faster the knife is spinning, the higher you'll bounce off of it Can you get on top of the pillar? Please DON'T READ this unless you're stumped. It will spoil the fun! ------------------------------ Here are some strategies I've discovered: Drop bounce: Throw a knife, then start moving towards it and jump. Hit the knife to get a boost. Good for jumping long distances Double bounce: Throw a knife from the ground. Then jump and throw a knife near the apex of your jump. Start moving forward, then hit the knife you just threw. This will give you the height to hit the knife you threw earlier. Use this to get up pretty high without using many knives. Knife ladder: stand in place and throw a ton of knives. This creates a ladder that you can climb in various ways. Experiment with this one. Flock of knives: throw a bunch of knives while moving forward. This will condense all of them into one area, allowing for a big bounce and some other cool movements. Glide: While airborne, repeatedly press U and Space at the same time. This will cause you to glide downwards. Not very useful in this level, but fun nonetheless BONUS CHALLENGE: Can you get back to the left side from the right side of the pillar? No one has ever done this before... (Maybe because it's impossible, but we'll see)
