Ok so I have a character idea but I’ve had a rlly hard time designing them, I have their backstory, personatily, all that but I dont have a design, so if anyone could design it for me I would greatly appreciate it! So this is basically a reverse ota, where you give a pric and then if I accept u design the character and I make the payments Description is below! A sort of retro internet themed character, with bringht colors and digital screens on their outfit and accessories, kinda shy but really loud around their friends, scrapped design is in the backdrops Their backstory is that they d!ed and they were turned into a sentient computer program
