Basics: This pixel-art style character creator should hopefully be pretty straightforward. Use the buttons on the right to select a body segment to edit. Use the arrow buttons to change the look of the body segment. To change colors use the sliders on the bottom or click a pre-picked color. The buttons on the left change your character's pose. Saving/Loading Press the [Save Character] button and [See Inside] so that you can copy the full code from the list. Your code can be pasted to a document/note of your choosing or shared in the comment section of this project. Loading a character is much easier; just copy the code into the text box after you press [Load Character] and it should appear. Press [F] to show a list of Featured Characters
This was supposed to be done in September 2022, but I was busy with other stuff. During the summer, me and some friends filmed a gimmicky live-action movie which I planned to adapt into a video game. I couldn't decide on the selection of characters so I decided to create a built-in character creator. I made a bunch of pixel art for this game but I ended up cancelling it. Instead I decided to release the character creator as a standalone project with some extra bonus features thrown in. I don't intend to update this project much.
