Daimonji no Okuribi is one of the traditional annual summer events in Kyoto. Through the event ,we give sincere thanks to our ancestors for keeping our good health. This picture is one of Mountain Bonfire called Hidari Daimonji(The left capital letter). We prepare for another four Daimonji no Okuribi almost same time at the different mountains in Kyoto City.
