1 Song for each Book 1-13 Leitmotifs:Nightwings(Arc 1) Animus(Arc 2)
This is where I will keep all the description and stuff for all of my musical Ideas. For the skywing arena, I was still new to the program I was using so it sounds pretty bad, but I was trying to envision skywings bashing some sort of drum while the crowd does a chant. The Royal Hatchery Song absolutely sucks in my opinion, because the music box for the program I used just sounds absolutely awful Rainwing Royal Challenge, actually went through a few revisions while I was making it, and its supposed to capture a jazzy feel with native instruments going to fit the rainwing Tribe. Volcano is the best of the Arc 1 Songs I made because I was still getting in the first 3, and Blister v Burn is absolute chaos. For Blister v Burn i was trying to capture the 2 sides, but instead it just ended up sounding like a mess. Jade mountain sounds fine, but I could have done better, but I do like how it switches to a minor chord all of a sudden and catches you off guard. The Ice Kingdom was trying to sort of sound like a song you would find exploring Erebor from the Hobbit(I forget if it is in Lord of the Rings) Perilous Duel is a pun because it is the song for Escaping Peril, and is the Duel between Ruby/Tourmaline vs Scarlet Perhaps I shouldn't have done that is the worst of the Arc 2 Songs, and I really shifted themes really suddenly in ways that should not have been put into a midi editor. Darkstalker is just a quick one, that uses contrast in a better way than P.I.S.H.D.T. by using instruments suddenly shifting to an almost alternate dimension of Synth Noises and Tones. Hive Market Jam is the Best. Period. It is the only of the Arc 3 Songs I have made at the time of writing this, and it is AWESOME. I tried to make a Jazz/Blues Big Band track to happen when Blue and Luna are going into the market to get some treats, and it is a C 12 Bar Blues Song, with 3 Extra Opening bars at the beginning, and for the G7, F7, C7, C7, at the end, I went G, Cm/F7(C Minor over F7) and then did an outro for the last 2 bars. The Hive Queen i think is kindaCOool and is just like a Very strange quartet of Synth Keyboard, Piano, Distortion Guitar, and Church Organ. and is just for like that finale part before book 3 starts. Into the Jungle(The Mighty Jungle?) is supposed to be strange and creepy like you never know what might happen on your next step while reverberated drum effects along with random Koto and Sitar notes
