Animation Editor L is a project that can be used to make animations if you are crazy enough to do that, == HOW TO USE == First you must understand that in your animation there are many "objects", each object has: - a position (x & y), - a rotation, - a size, - and a costume. These "properties" can be static and stay the same or be animated and its value may change over time. To make a property animated it must select a "track" (deal with the quotation marks), in each track are "keyframes" which hold a value, to select a track change the value of the property to =n when n is the track number for example =5 for track 5 (you may add a f at the end to flip the value or something) On the bottom left is the cursor which can be moved with the arrow keys, move it somewhere then press space == EXAMPLE == 1. create an object to do that press n, and with the ask thing press enter 2. change the x position property of the newly created object to "=0", this means the x position of this object changes based on the keyframes in track 0 3. add some keyframes to track 0 4. watch a very basic "animation." == KEYS == Space: create keyframe at frame cursor Arrow keys: move frame cursor X: delete keyframe at cursor Z: change keyframe value C: copy keyframe value Q: squish keyframes vertically (toggle) (if you have more than 8 tracks this will always be on) 7 - seven select (multi-select) 6 - hold with 7 to select/deselect all of track (confusing) 8 - hold with 7 to deselect all 5 - duplicate (requires seven select) (DONT USE) G - move (use arrow keys as well) (hold) (may result in overlapping keyframes) N: create object , (comma): deselect all objects O: view properties of object (toggle) R: change value of property of object D: delete selected object (can't undo this, so be careful!) -: costume preview (hold) 0: go back instead in costume preview V: set value (don't confuse with Z) L: set length S: set sound effect track T: set number of tracks 1: decrease value by 1 2: increase value by 1
