Also as I was drawing the tail I thought it could either be an armoured tail for attack/ defence, or it could be octopussy, with sucker thingies and stuff _ _ \ ( 'u' ) / whatever, I was just experimenting. Instead of drawing it like scales, you could draw it as armour, so little V's liek what SharkyPup did to show the overlaps The female's wouldn't have antlers? or would that make it look more like a horse? And I drew the hooves as paws instead? All of this is up for discussion, I'm just giving my feedback. For the color scheme, imagine we made this an open species. instead of having set COLORS, we could probably need to make it like I wrote first: Male: beige for normal fur, scales/ armoured parts cool colors, stingray wings warm colors.
